DRUG COURT

STEPS, Inc. regularly participates in client staffing and judicial court hearings. STEPS Inc. is pleased to be a member of the Brevard and Seminole County Drug Court teams and is committed to providing the highest level of care to program participants. RESIDENTIAL FOR WOMEN The Women’s Residential Program is a six (6) month intensive residential treatment program designed for adult women who suffer from substance abuse and co-occurring disorders with priority admission given to indigent, pregnant and post-partum women. The Women’s Residential Program also accepts infants up to one (1) year old to reside in treatment with their mothers on a case by case basis. The Women’s Residential Program is a therapeutic community that incorporates motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, network therapy and case management in the overall delivery of treatment services. TRANSITIONAL
HOUSING AFTERCARE The Intensive Aftercare Program serves women that successfully complete the Women’s Residential Program or the Day Treatment Programs for a period of up to two (2) years after completion of treatment services. The program offers weekly group and telephonic counseling, individual counseling, family counseling, home visits, urinalysis and case management as needed. Location: 1991 S. Apopka Blvd., Apopka, FL 32703 Telephone: 407-884-2125 OUTPATIENT STEPS Adult Outpatient Programs provide an array of substance abuse counseling and educational services to adults throughout Brevard, Orange and Seminole Counties. The Adult Day Treatment Programs provide intensive outpatient services to clients with substance abuse problems in both Orange and Brevard Counties. The Adult Day Treatment Programs operate five (5) days per week, four (4) hours per day for a total of twenty (20) hours of service delivery per week. Services include cognitive behavioral group therapy, network therapy, individual counseling that utilizes motivational interviewing and family intervention as needed.

The program provides individualized recovery support services action plans, care coordination services such as case management, referrals and transportation, support counseling and coaching services.
