These tools analyze data to assist our clinicians in decision-making and improve care delivery. Please review the following information carefully: Purpose Of AI Use: AI may help analyze your health data to provide insights or recommendations to your care team.
How AI Supports Your Care: AI tools are used to assist clinicians, not replace their expertise. All decisions are reviewed and approved by your care provider.
Privacy & Security: Your data will be kept secure and used only for your care, in compliance with HIPAA and other privacy laws.
Opt-Out Option: You have the right to decline the use of AI tools in your care without any impact on your treatment.

Changes to the Terms of This Notice
We can change the terms of this notice, and the changes will apply to all information we have about you. The new notice will be available upon request, in our office, and on our web site at www.flsteps.org.
