Programs Summary

Care Coordination

Designed to optimize the functioning of individuals and maximize their self-sufficiency care coordination assists individuals with complex needs by coordinating the provision of quality treatment and support services. Services are based on  individual identified needs within the community.

Health Services

HIV risk assessments, testing, counseling and access to medications.

Intensive and Outpatient Programs provide comprehensive, confidential counseling services for individuals using evidence based treatment approaches that includes group and individual treatment. 

Women's Residential Treatment Programs offers comprehensive and intensive residential treatment for women, women with children, or pregnant and postpartum women in a safe and structured environment. Utilizing an evidence-based treatment model we addresses the needs of women with both mental health issues and substance use disorders. Treatment services are gender specific with culturally competent staff and include individual, group and family counseling; case management; parenting education; life skills development; trauma services; vocational/educational services; mental health and medical assessment/treatment; and referrals.

Medication Assisted Treatment Programs provide comprehensive medical, psychiatric, and behavioral counseling care for those addicted to substances. Medication, with intensive counseling helps to increase the likelihood of establishing recovery and a responsible, healthy lifestyle. In addition to group and individual counseling, the program uses medications to assist in recovery that include Methadone, Suboxone, and Vivitrol.

Rapid Evaluation and Assessment to provide immediate access to trained professional ready to provide supportive services that include assessment, referral and linkage to services is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by calling 1-863-663-7847
